Upgrading

To upgrade your account in StackDX Maps, navigate to your account menu in the top left of the screen.

To view available subscription options and their features, click Plans. From the Plans page, logged-in users can choose their desired plan and select Switch to Pro, which opens the Accounts page. On this page, you can confirm your plan and choose either monthly or annual billing. The Accounts page can also be accessed directly from the menu in the top left corner.

The only way to upgrade your account is by using a credit card. Subscriptions purchased with a credit card are set to auto-renew, and you will be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Receipts are sent automatically each month to the email the user signed up with. If you would like to discuss alternative payment options, please contact our team at [email protected].
