Forgot Password

One of the most common reasons users cannot log in is selecting the wrong login method. For example, if your account was set up using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) but you attempt to log in with a password instead (or vice versa), access will be denied. Make sure to use the same login method you originally used when creating your account.

If you didn't sign up with Microsoft SSO and you have a password account, follow the instructions below to reset your password:

1. Go to maps.stackdx.com and click Login.

2. Enter your email and click Continue.

3. Click Forgot Password.

4. Enter your email address and click Continue.
