Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Page or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing term. For example, if your subscription renews on the 20th and you cancel on the 10th, you will continue to have access for the remaining 10 days. After cancellation, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan. You will still be able to view the lists and layers you previously added to the map, but you will no longer be able to generate new ones or export data.
