Importing Lists

To create a layer of wells, pipelines, or other map objects, users can use the import tool which allows them to paste in a list of IDs.

Creating a Layer

  1. Go to Import / Tools → Import List

  1. In the left-hand side panel, select the correct source layer from the drop down selection. Rename the layer from 'Imported Date' if you would prefer a more descriptive layer name.

  1. Paste list of IDs in acceptable format (see section Acceptable Formats below)

  1. Click the Save button on the bottom right of the import panel.

  2. Now the layer should have loaded on the map and in the bottom table. Zoom out if the layer is not on your viewport or click the Center button next to the layer name in the attribute table to center on the import.
