Saving, Editing, and Sharing Lists
What are Lists
Lists are subsets of an existing layer that can be saved to your account. This allows you to build multiple focused views from the same dataset and reuse them later, visualize them together, or use them for exports.
For example, you might filter for Ovintiv Montney wells drilled after 2020-01-01, style them with orange symbols, and save that list as a layer. You could then create another list for Tourmaline Montney wells drilled after 2020-01-01, style it differently, and save it as well.
Both saved layers can be loaded into your workspace at the same time and visualized on the same map side by side.

Saving Lists
Whenever a layer has been filtered or partially selected, a temporary layer is created in your workspace. This temporary layer can be easily removed from your workspace and will disappear in your next browser session (when you refresh the page). Here are the instructions
Select a subset of map objects
In your Workspace, find the temporary layer labeled (unsaved) and click the Disc icon.

If the list was created from a map selection, you will need to provide a name before saving. Lists with a default name can be renamed through the left-hand panel.

Use the Style button in the left-hand panel if you want to change the color, symbol size, or add labels.
Click Save. The list remains in your workspace and is also stored under your Personal tab in the library. Saved lists are private unless shared.
Editing Lists
Lists can be modified by hovering over the layer in your workspace and clicking the gear icon. This opens the left-hand panel where you can change the contents and style of the list. This is also the

The left hand panel has two views, one for content and one for style. To add or remove objects from the list, paste in new values or remove them from the editable content box. Ensure there is a single ID in each row and that the ID is in one of the acceptable formats. To update the style, select the Style button to update the style. After all modifications have been made, click "Save"

Duplicating, Renaming, and Deleting Lists
In the left-hand panel for list modification, click the menu button (three stacked dots) in the title bar. This menu provides options to share, rename, duplicate, or delete a list.
Users cannot modify lists created by others. A list shared by a colleague is read-only. To change its styling or contents, first duplicate the list. When duplicated, a copy is saved to your Personal library, where you have ability to modify.

Sharing Lists
Lists can be shared both internally and externally. Sharing is initiated from the same menu button (three stacked dots) in the list’s title bar, which opens a sharing dialog.

The dialog provides a URL that can be copied and sent to any user—internal or external, free or professional. Recipients can open the list and duplicate it to save it to their own account.
For Enterprise accounts, admins can toggle Share with everyone in Organization. When enabled, all users on the account will see the shared list in their Shared layers.
